Teppon is our ice cider with the highest acidity – vibrant, sparkling, and refined. Its slight haze reflects the mist that lingers over the orchard where the apples ripened. The flavour is elegantly structured, with a bright, well-balanced acidity at the forefront.

Aged in bourbon whiskey oak barrels, this ice cider reveals remarkable depth, roundness,
and complexity. The natural sweetness and acidity of the apple are warmly contrasted by

Mässkär
Far out in the outer archipelago beyond Jakobstad lies Mässkär – a place where nature’s forces are ever-present.In the same spirit, this ice cider has matured under open skies, shaped by sun, wind, and time, using the rare Rancio method.The result is a deep and complex ice cider with notes of dried fruit, dark caramel, and a touch of citrus. Sun-ripened and truly unique.

After being shaped by the winter cold, this ice cider has been aged in oak barrels, gradually
absorbing the character of the wood. Its smooth sweetness is complemented by notes of

Grisselören
During the Prohibition era of 1919–1932, spirits were smuggled at the harbour of Grisselören, located near our farm. Within our family, there are historical stories about bootleggers who brought smuggled liquor ashore at the harbour. With this ice cider, made from apples grown in Ostrobothnia, we want to pay tribute to the smugglers of Grisselören and Ostrobothnia.

Frostglöd
Born from the ice and cold of winter, this unique mulled wine is crafted from our own ice
cider and spiced with orange, vanilla, star anise, and clove. Served chilled, it carries the
apple’s fresh sweetness, meets the gentle warmth of the spices, and creates a balanced
experience that both surprises and delights the senses. Cold, unique, and unexpected – a
mulled wine that glows in the frost.

Liselunds Iscider
Liselunds Cider was founded in 2022 by Maria and Anders Wingren and is based at the farm of the same name. With a unique terroir where they grow their apples, they strive to create an exceptional Ice Cider. Cold winters and the summer light produce unique apples for the exclusive ice wine, known as Iscider.

The first vintage, "Fari 22", was released in the fall of 2023, and the second vintage, "24", was launched in four different shades for sale in November 2024. Liselunds Cider is unique in Finland by growing, pressing, and freezing their own apples on the farm in natural cold, ensuring a natural and authentic taste in their products.

The company combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative methods to create products of the highest quality.
Our Iscider is made from Finnish apples. The juice is frozen in natural cold, slowly thawed, and transformed into a sweet and flavorful ice wine.

Ice wine is made by pressing apples and then freezing the juice. As the apple juice thaws, the water is separated from the sugar, which results in a higher concentration of sugar, creating a sweeter juice. This concentrated juice can then ferment into an ice wine, an Iscider, to produce an apple-based ice wine. Apple ice wine is a delicious and unique drink that is perfect to serve as a dessert wine, as an aperitif, with an appetizer, or simply to enjoy on its own.

Our craft cider is allowed to ferment slowly at a cool temperature to bring out a higher character in the cider. We want to let the flavors of the different apples develop and contribute their full aroma to the Iscider.
